Spinach Dip

I have been making this dip for thirty years. People love it and can't ever get enough.
It's quite nearly the same as the recipe on the back of the Knorr Vegetable soup package, but the proportions are better.
One of my friends ate it with a spoon when all the crackers and bread were gone. I've also seen people eat it on pizza!
If you serve it in a bread "bowl" you can even eat the dishes!

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Prepare the spinach: I partially cook the spinach, following the instructions on the package but only for about half of the time specified. You want it defrosted and heated through. Drain the spinach and grab a handful at a time and squeeze out every bit of moisture you can.
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. This is even better a couple of days after it's made.
Serve with crackers, sliced baguettes, toasted or fresh, or assorted vegetable crudities. For a fun addition, knock their socks off with some beautiful Homemade Crackers to add that extra special touch.
