Breakfast Burritos
These have been a good addition to our frozen ready-to-eat repertoire. Ready to eat in one minute from the microwave, or pop it in a toaster oven for about 30 minutes before breakfast for an easy hand-held meal which dirties no dishes or silverware!
Use any ingredients you like - I usually do a mixture of different "breakfast" meats like sausages, ham and bacon, hash brown potatoes, cheese and scrambled egg topped off with a bit of taco sauce.

“When you wake up in the morning, Pooh," said Piglet at last, "what's the first thing you say to yourself?"
"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh. "What do you say, Piglet?" "I say, I wonder what's going to happen exciting today?" said Piglet. Pooh nodded thoughtfully. "It's the same thing," he said. ― A.A. Milne |
Preparation:
Prepare all ingredients - cook and chop the meat, grate the cheese, cook the potatoes and scramble the eggs with a bit of salt and pepper. Lay several tortillas on your work surface and layer the ingredients. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then wrap in freezer wrap. Put identifying information on the side of the package and the date. Freeze until ready to eat.
Reheat from frozen in 375° oven for 30 minutes until hot, or heat in microwave for a minute (depending on your microwave, time may vary).
